it means talking bullshit in persian (farsi). and is mostly used by the younger teen generation in iran, and is equivalent to a "shut uppp" in english.

An Iranian term used to describe a very stupid, dumb, or low intelligent individual in a very disrespectful manner. With Kos meaning the genitalia of a woman, and maghs meaning brain. So basically "cunt brained". It is 99% of times used by men.
