A phrase popularized after the wordCode Red/word worm appeared with this text in it. Basically nonsense. Code Red originated from China. Often used as an expression, much like wordpwned by n00bshop/word, except with less emphasis on the winner being neophyte-esque.

Hacking on a dart usually refers to smoking a cigarette. The term is often picked up as a joke, but becomes usual vocab after a few uses. Hacking on a dart is a term used mainly by British Columbians. Hacking just means smoking, not literally coughing.
