Circle Merk

When a group of three or more sports teams destroy each other in cyclical fashion, creating a closed circuit of ass whooping or "merking".

It is counter-intuitive because it contradicts the notion of consistent quality and performance.

Team A decisively beats Team B decisively beats Team C but Team C somehow comprehensively beats Team A, completing the full round of mutual merking.

Gooner 1: I thought Arsenal was going to lose to Man City, because Man City destroyed Man United 6-1 and Man United destroyed Arsenal 8-2. But Arsenal actually just obliterated Man City 4-0!

Gooner 2: Hell yeah for the circle merk! GO ARSENAL!

a group of highly under qualified overachievers situated in Toronto, who's delusions lie in the comfort of their parents money as a lifeline, projection of the human ego whilst under the influence of crystalline tropane alkaloid powders (likely purchased with inheritance/allowance monies) & strength in numbers as to hide the weakness of their own worldly existence.

"The circle" are toy brats who would be better off if they focused on the detachment from growth in their own false humility, and the acceptance of the reality about themselves, their own weakness and thier own limitations.
