A phrase used to show support for a African American. Generally this phrase is used to show support of a black person largely based upon his or her race, but not always. This phrase is often used to show support of the first black president of the United States, Barack Obama, and his policy of "Change."

This lyric by King Von, is a metaphor and a play on “monkey on my back”. When you have a monkey on your back, you have a desire to drink smoke gamble (or any unhealthy coping method) because of emotional distress. King Von is saying the monkey on his uncles back, or his drug dependency, is stalking, in other words prominent or wont let up.
“My uncle got that cough again, he been smoking cr@ck since I was born. That monkey STALKING him.”

Someone may observe that a father's son resembles his biological father so much so that it appears as if the biological father simply "spit him out" of his mouth. The same can be said of a daughter, but usually it is an observation of the resemblance between father/son.
