Get the Bummug. Various carts--i.e. shopping carts and or baskets--strapped together for use of homeless people to transport their worldly possessions. The longer the cart, or bum chariot, the more materialistic, and thus, un-bum-like the individual is to be considered. A true bum chariot is a group of one or more carts attached to a bicycle, where the homeless person in question would be considered the driver, and the useless crap he has for whatever reason assembled would be considered the chariot itself.
Joe: Oh, no. Here comes Smelly Pete.
Jill: Wait...is he on a bike?
Joe: Oh, my God! He is! He's got himself a bum chariot!

Get the shiny bumsmug. The scratchy, super low quality grey wool blankets that are passed out to the homeless at shelters and food banks. Some of them look like they've been puked on because of these random colored threads woven throughout the blanket. These ones can also be called barf blankets.
My homie Les, who just recently got housing, used bum blankets as decoration on the walls of his new tiny home. Others who are less fortunate than my homie Les have been known to repurpose bum blankets as a urinal or toilet when appropriate.

Get the bum blanketmug. The son that doesn’t leave the house at age 30. The kind of guy to say he’s self employed while his only daytime activities is smoking weed and jerking off. They can usually be found online in internet discourse or on the other end of a police bodycam YouTube video where they get arrested for chatting up an underage girl online. These guys never pay the bills, but they always got money for beer. Everyone knows a bum son, nobody seems to have the guts to kick em out.
