A bum is someone or something with bad quality or is just bad and wrong.

Gor example, someone with the name daisean or the last name maxie is a bum.
A bum can be a snow-cone with a big block of ice or no flavor.

A bum is a chili cheese nacho with no cheese and chili.

This food stand is a bum. There’s not even any food.
