Means the same as: cool, awesome, great.

Used to describe an object, a person, an event, and so on.

If a friend asks, "So how was that movie you rented last week?" You might answer, "Fluffy!" (If it was good.)

Or, you could possibly answer with the negative "That movie was so not fluffy." (If it was bad.)
