Walter is a really great guy, very kind, and would even die for a loved one. He can really get romantic with the girl she loves. His dick is long and he can get sexual. He makes jokes and makes other laugh, but he is not that funny like a fucking clown. He likes rap and reggaetón, he can come up with really great lyrics. He really likes soccer. Some people might say that he is just a piece of shit, but he is better than most of the people around him. If you meet a Walter and become friends with him, you are very lucky. If a girl ever has a relationship with a Walter, the she will be the luckiest and happiest girl ever.

When someone has a substantial amount of money, they are described as wealthy. The top half of income earners in the USA (the wealthy) pay 95% of the taxes (according to IRS reports), yet people get mad when people who pay taxes get a tax cut and people who don't pay taxes don't.
