Shabs is acctually a commonly used abreviation of shabsolutely. now, rather than a replacement of the word "absolutely" it is used for a replace ment for "ok".

SWAB

Abbreviation for "Study With a Buddy". Used in class by the teacher to have students study a few minutes in preparation for a quiz or test.

Other variations: SWYS (study with your self), SWAT (Study with a teacher- used for group led sessions), and swabbing (the gerund form of the word).

"Class, SWAB for 5 minutes for the animal vocabulary quiz!"
