Guy1: Man I remember back when I had my bachelor pad it was a non-stop party! Everybody was always over there getting drunk and high and I had a different woman every night of the week!
GUy2: Whatever man, you spent 99% of your time getting watching porn and eating ramen noodles. You must have a photoshopic memory!

Proboscaorrhagia

Extreme blood loss through the nose; compared with epistaxis which is the medical term for a simple nose bleed. A fake medical term used by manga fans to describe the kind of massive blood loss exhibited by characters who are exposed to unexpected erotic or sexual topics and/or situations.

Doctor: "Your son is suffering from proboscaorrhagia."
Mom: "Is it curable?"
Doctor: "Yes. Just take away all of his porn and he'll be fine."

Photoshop blindness

The inability to notice that badly photoshopped images have been altered. Often combined with a strong belief that it's real, while ignoring or being in denial of anyone pointing out obvious signs of alteration.

"This looks shopped. I can tell by the pixels, and from seeing quite a few shops in my time."
"No dude, those tits are totally real. They look just like my ex girlfriend's."
"You must have photoshop blindness if you can't see that this is shopped."

People who are only cool on social media. They front like they are really awesome have it going on, but when you meet them in person they are wack, usually on their phone the whole time.
They have nothing going for them, except their social media presence.
