Midgical means a magical midget. The word is most commonly used to describe a leprechaun. It is a very tiny person who has magical powers. It can also be described as a mythical creature typically represented as human with very bushy dark hair, big blue eyes, and rosey cheeks. Wearing dark oversized clothing.
