noun.

1. When a person of average height and build engages in an orgy populated exclusively with little people, i.e. midgets, dwarfs.

2. When a person knowingly engages in sexual relations with a little person in a public venue with the sole purpose of being discovered or caught by authorities.

There's a little people porn convention in town today, so I suspect a munchkin flop is in my future.

Poor Brian was arrested again. Seems he can't stop his need for a good munchkin flop.

The act of going to your nearest Dunkin Donuts and buying 20 boxes of munchkins and then going on top of any kind of grocery store or gas station (Walmart, Hess, Stop and Shop, etc) and throwing the munchkins at anyone passing by.
