Dictionary Term typically used by people who dont drink to describe a state of drunkenness that the other drunks in the room have to look up in a dictionary as despite their 30 years of a continuous state of drunkenness had never heard anyone use that word. Functionally equivalent to ordering a Miami Vice at Virtually any bar not directly on a beach

Used to describe someone who recreationally boofs drugs simply for the feeling of shoving something up their ass.
