The Non Group

The Non Group is a perfect group consisting of 5 high school children from Arta. It was created in 2019 and since then until today they make various videos and upload them to Instagram and YouTube. The kids are making a lot of effort to keep the group going and this can be seen from their weekly videos. Group Therapy is the process of finding your zen on the dance floor. It is when you lock eyes with another person and a nod of understanding passes between the two of you, and you both think at the same time, we are sharing this experience together, and that in itself is a beautiful thing. And then you realize that everyone else had come for this exact same reason, to share this small moment together, united by music.

I experienced Group Therapy for the first time last weekend and it transformed my life.

Youth Group

The super most awesome place to go. It’s full of fun games, great discussion, amazing friendships and worship. It’s a way to find your place in your community and even the WHOLE WIDE WORLD. The friends there (if you can find a good Youth Group obviously) are great and you can feel free to open up and rely on them. It’s practically the best thing ever. Besides the One.
