remove (someone's) male gonads or "testicles" from their body; detach or seperate a man's cojones.

Guy 1: I heard that they had to de-testiculate John's balls.

Guy 2: Oof, that's rough. Couldn't imagine being de-testicularised. Worst thing ever.
