Wet Head

A term referencing someone who smokes PCP (smoking wet). This can be used to refer to someone who is acting crazy, as though they experiencing the effects of the drug PCP.

Rob: this party is crazy! These girls are so fine!
Me: you must be smoking wet, this party is beat. Wet Head Rob!
