ghettoes 

Very long toenails, artificial or real, that are highly decorated and require only ever being able to wear flip-flops or sandals. Usually only seen on trashy women who don't work, as they do not allow for the use of proper workplace footwear.

"Damn, did you see the ghettoes on that ho? She could catch a fish with those talons and take it home to feed her young."

ghettican

Someone who is Mexican/Hispanic and tries to act ghetto, i.e., wearing sagging shorts and airbrushed t-shirts, listening to one's music ten times louder than need be, and wearing a fake grill at least twice a week.

That guy's such a ghettican- I can hear his music while listening to my iPod!

G-hetto 

A word commonly used by a white person who believes that they are, or want to be, black. Is pronounced with a hard "G", such as in "great", followed by the suffix "hetto", spoken as if it is separate from the G. A person who describes themself as G-hetto can often be found:
*thinking that they can rap
*acting black
*being generally abnormal
*trying to be cool while wearing a turtleneck.

Usually a G-hetto person is not very popular and is shunned as a social outcast. A G-hetto person may also call themselves "G". Interchangeable with "white"

"He is so G-hetto, thinking he's cool."

Ghettofied 

* When something is made up of materials that are other than the materials meant for such a thing.

To put it a bit clearer;

* Something you made up on your own, out of whatever materials you had laying around somewhere, in replace of the original needed materials for such a project.

* Can also be the act of being resourceful enough to make what you need out of any materials you may have at your disposal.

Jack didn't have a wallet, So he made one out of Duct Tape. That is one Ghettofied wallet!

Sue Didn't have a fly trap, so she made one out of tape and sugar. That's so Ghettofied!
