Get the Surface to ass missilemug. An ASM (attention-seeking-missile) is an intentional, and often desperate, attempt to draw attention to oneself by either interjecting a personal painful anecdote, faking a painful sound (coughing, sighing or panting), adding one's own comparable achievement or failure, or unnecessarily repeatedly bringing up past sufferings that turned into accomplishments.
While we were sitting around carefully listening to the story of Sam's accident, Georgio dropped an ASM about his accident that happened 15 years ago.
