sub-suburban

Not exactly suburban, yet not exactly rural. An example of a sub-suburban area is like there are houses every 300 feet, corn fields, one farm, wide horse pastures, prairies, one Walmart, a couple of paved roads, possibly a highway, two or three schools, and a McDonald's. All within an area of at least 100 square miles.

John: God dammit, I live in a suburban area.

Kate: I live in a sub-suburban area!

John: Oh sweet, lets fuck and raise enough children to fill up an entire school bus!

Kate: Fuck yeah, and give me a beer as long as your at it!

John: Here you go, and happy 18th birthday sis!

Kate: Thanks daddy!

Suburbia Blaster

Created by the boys of 511, a gang in denver, a suburbia blaster is made by buying a liter of Dr. Pepper, drinking it or pouring it out to the label, then filling it up to the expiration date with the cheapest whiskey available. 511 generally agrees upon Kentucky Deluxe. Close the cap, shake, drink.
Closely related to the ghetto blaster of voodoo glowskulls fame, and the Boulder blaster, made with a 20oz Dr. Pepper in place of the liter due to lower availability of liters of Dr. Pepper on the Hill.

Suburban Understanding

A general (non-spoken) understanding between two folk in a suburban area of a city or town. Usually pertaining to property of yours, and your neighbors respecting that property in a civil and respectful manner.

Yeah, it's a suburban understanding that my neighbor Steve doesn't steal my grill from my porch at night.

Such a typical suburban understanding that my neighbor Steve mows the gross on an even line between our properties to signify the diving line between our houses.
