Stands for 'dumb ass bitch syndrome'. A more severe case of the DBS (dumb bitch syndrome). Nearly every woman catches a case of this about the time puberty sets in.

Guy friend: "Man, I can't believe you and Elisa weren't right for each other"
Guy: "Yeah, turns out she had an extreme case of the DABS and was refusing treatment"
