That person, who is fully knowledgeable as a subject matter expert, is tested by outside sources with material so obscure it is generally retrieved & referenced through paralegal methodologies
The Journeyman took a test that contained questions from the most obscure & irrelevant qualification standards, it left him a stumped chump and quite butt hurt.

Chump

Easily fooled person who usually sleeps in way too much and consumes a ridiculous amount of food. Extremely lazy and /thinks/ is cool but is really 100% chump material. Goes for terrible teams like AFA instead of CBF, is very likely to steal someone's netflix account, claims to be good at things like coding and cookie decorating, and manages to break about 30 phones in less than a year.

Daily activities include but are not limited to: texting for hours, eating too much, occasionally seeing the sun, watching TV, sleeping

chump stumping

A deliberate act of sabotage through misdirection or misinformation aimed at maintaining locus of control in interpersonal interactions; often times involves deliberately withholding key information or misrepresenting policy or procedure in an effort to manipulate others, typically for personal gain.
Janie knew the intern would outshine her at the next board meeting, so she chump stumped him by telling him the APR was .01% as opposed to .1%. All of his figures were off, and he looked foolish after Janie pointed out “his simple math mistake”.

Chump Stumping can also be used reflexively

The customer had many questions about the return policy and seemed hesitant to purchase the item. Tom really needed the commission, so he answered all the customer’s questions but stumped the chump by not mentioning service and repackage fees on return.
