Weird being an "Adjective" weirding out menas "when a person acts more weird or stranger then usual and opting to leave a job he/she was suppose to do or quit something before even getting half way through without a good cause or any explainations.
Joe: I have to order take out because we have no food in the house.
Mary: But, I thought Ted was shopping this week....
Joe: yes. But he weirded out on me at the last moment.
