An extremely emotional and physically soft man. Cries or whines at the drop of a hat, sometimes just to get “mommy’s attention” from their lady friends. Overly emotional.

He was acting like a real Teddy Boy last night. He didn’t stop whining until she gave him attention.

When someone does something right before you are about to do it. Preferably a cibling or friend. It is one of the most annoying things ever.

I turned on the water to the shower and went to get a towel from my room. I came back and heard my brother singing along to the radio while showering. I hate when he is teddy dead.
