Soon doesn't have a time or a time set for the idea of it. It can mean now or much much much later than expected. Soon can't be defined by time by itself, soon doesn't have a concept of time. Soon doesn't believe in the human concept of time. It just happens when it happens. Soon doesn't have a time but more wait to it.
