It is the combination of a shart and shawty. A shart is a type of bodily function where a human shits (defecation) and farts at the same time. It is an aggressive but somewhat relieving feeling for humans that are constipated. A shawty is a bad bitch. Therefore, a sharty is a bad bitch with serious tummy issues.

n. Local nickname for a specific Dairy Queen located on North Ave. in Midtown ATL. It's relatively safe during the day, but at night, it's safe to say that you can get more than a Mini-Blizzard if you hang around the parking lot.

Cleveland Smarty-Pants

When a guy wears a tinfoil diaper coated with Smarties Candies. Once he fills the diaper it is then licked clean by the girl giving her a taste sensation of both delicious sweetness and lip-puckering sour. This is very popular with the "in-the-know" in Europe and with real-esate professionals.

An erect penis that is so large it's beyond comprehension or appreciation; or one that inspires fear of pain during an anticipated sexual encounter.

The determination as to what constitutes "scary big" is somewhat subjective.
