The term unofficial girlfriend is used to describe the female partner in the relationship when neither of the people in the relationship have made it official. The term unofficial girlfriend is used to show you intend to make said girl your girlfriend at some point. If you have an unofficial girlfriend you may act and speak as if she is your girlfriend but technically she is not. Exclusivity with unofficial girlfriends is optional, unlike with official ones.

When the presence of a girlfriend (either real of fictitious) is introduced by a male during a conversation with a female it is considered dropping a "girlfriend bomb." This is typically done to deter further or perceived pursuit of the male by the female. Either the guy finds the girl he's chatting with unattractive and fears she may be interested in him. Or he's intimidated by her. Thus, he needs to make her aware of "competition", that's he's desirable and taken or that he is *NOT* desperate.

A fart that is extremely long and/or loud due to the fact you have been dating a new girl and cant get enough time away from her to purge your lower bowels. The massive volume is due to the constant build-up of pressure. A girlfriend fart is still considered singular if it pulsates while walking.
