When your still employed with a company, but instead of firing you they never schedule you no matter how much you beg/bother them about getting any hours and that you want to work whenever they could use you.

My employer is too big of a vagina to straight up fire me, so they soft fired me instead.

Rhapsody Of Fire

Great symphonic Italian Power Metal Band who have went through a few vocalists such as Luca Turilli, Giacomo Voli and Fabio Lione. They also make some killer solos too.

Fabio Lione is the best vocalist of the 3 who previously sang for Rhapsody Of Fire. He sounds like Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden.
