a term used for people who tend to feel left out or excluded from every conversation despite being there in the condition as a living human being.

Person 1: "I was thinking of maybe we can-"
Person 2: "Hey did you hear about the party last night?"
Person 3: "Yeah! Shit was so rad like-"
*and so person 2 and person 3 bicker about everything as person 1 erases the plans they want to do with their friends together.*
Person 1: Well shit never known I was a human ghost all along lol, this sucks.
