The kind of guy who is a bit tough right now but who you know will be perfect and tender after marinating for a few years. Usually need to grow up and experience more life before settling down. He isn’t what you thought you wanted but he’s exactly what you need, and right in front of you.

Normally live raffle draws are done by good look ladies but ocasionaly a hot man will do them. These are Raffle Beef. The hot guy is a beefcake but shortened to beef because the phrase has to identify he not just a normal beefcake. He also presents raffles hence the term Raffle Beef.
