The shot is usually taken as follows: 1-2 ounces of Vodka (usually Tito's gluten free) taken as a shooter, followed by a chaser mixing olive oil, turmeric, and Bragg's liquid amino. The sourness of the amino sometimes causes people to gag after the vodka, but if one can keep it down, the olive oil is supposed to help coat the stomach against the acidity and soak up some of the alcohol, preventing hangovers.
