Get the tish mealmug. Term for when a man is receiving oral sex from a significant other and does not give warning of their impending climax. While he/she is startled at the sudden ejaculation in their mouth, the recipient of the blow job quickly hands a small toy to their partner. Preferably one usually found in a "Happy Meal" or 99 cent store. May also be referred to as a "Kid's Meal" if they are in the 18-21 age group.
