Girl 1: So I was looking at Bill's facebook photos last night and I thought damn that man is GOOD LOOKIN' but then I saw him at the bar last night and boy was I wrong.

A person who tries to blend into the background and takes lots of pictures of a group of people/ one person. This person usually takes pictures of celebrities or cosplayers.

cosplayer 1: We are being photo ninja'ed again...

cosplayer 3: Should we smile at them or flip them off...

V. To be used (for example, by politicians) to create a photographic moment for propaganda purposes.

John: Man, the Mayor sure does like the little old ladies at the nursing home. Look at the smile on his face.

Jack: Are you kidding? He's just photo-opping them.
