White Patrick is commonly of Irish or Scottish decent and formidable opponent to the prisons other gorillas the black and hispanic top enforcers and bosses of their races. White Patrick was a term created by the Latin Kings in Rikers Island New York City. Very few inmates are white so the Latin Kings respected the White Patrick because with out a gang the White Patrick was a extremely violent and dangerous inmate.
