The transforming alteration of one's shoelace configuration in such a way that it represent a ladder.

1.verb (used with object) - Hey homie loc, ladder up those chucks.
2. verb (used without object)- Ladder those up son!
3. adjective - Those are some laddered up chucks!

Paki Ladder

A "ladder" consisting of two or more people, usually pakis, standing on each other's shoulders. Can be used when one does not have access to a "real" ladder, or when one is simply too stingy to buy one.

JOHN: "How can i get my ball back? It's stuck in that tree and i don't have a ladder."

ABDUL: "Don't worry John, we'll just make a paki ladder!"

gouche ladder

A line of barbell piercings along the gouche (also spelled guiche), usually perpendicular to the line of skin. Not sure if it's more common in women or men. Men occasionally also have a frenum ladder and a hafada ladder.

Gouche ladders actually aren't that painful, as they are simply surface piercings. They're just a series of gouche piercings!
