Garrett can be dirty minded some time, and jokes with you. He is also fun to be around. Garret is an actual word with the meaning: dark, depressing attic.

It's also a given name mostly to males whose mothers or fathers thought it would be cute to misspell by leaving off the extra "t" at the end - as in "Garrett".
