n. a bikini wax (not US). A slang term used for when a women visits a beauty salon for a bikini wax. It's made up of the UK word 'fanny' (vagina) and a suffix 'cure' taken from other salon treatments.

Beautician: 'How can we help you today, madam?'

Ultimately sarcastic version of fantastic, taken from the earlier "fanfrickentastic" or "fanfreakentastic" and further slangified. Used primarily when things are anything but great.

It's only 8AM on Monday morning, and already my day is out of control. Fanfrickity!

Used to accentuate the awesomeness of something. If something is beyond fantastic and needs more emphasis.

Can be used in sarcastic tone to mean the opposite.
