(1) When you get an email or LinkedIn message from a recruiter who implies he/she is retained by a company to recruit for a job, but in fact he/she is submitting unsolicited candidates for a role.
(2) The opposite of an in-house recruiter / retained search.

Out-house recruiter: "Hi, I'm writing since you'd be great for an analyst role I'm trying to fill." Me: "Is this a retained search?" Out-house recruiter: "No." Me: "No thanks" and then I recommend a colleague I hate and I hope will take a different job, if by some miracle the out-house recruiter is able to place the candidate.

People may sell drugs and commit other illegal activity such as prostituting, gang affiliated criminal activity also a "Trap House" may be known as a subsidized housing or other kind of housing facility or apartment or house where the same things have taken place daily in a cul-de-sac area that's where the meaning of Traphouse House comes from.

A fancy-schamncy concert-hall in NYC that features everyone's favorite cloyingly-sweet TV personality.

Other folks can attend the fancy hyped programs at the Metropolitan Oprah House if they choose, but I am not really into all the glitz and drama --- gimme a nice quiet friendly backyard barbecue or simple country-folk musical-shindig EVERY time.
