cunty pig is used when someone is being a fat cunt, annoying as fuck, a fat fuck, acting like a fat fuck, looking like a pig, being annoying like a pig, being a fat cunty pig, or just when someone deserves to be called a cunty pig. it is a very insulting phrase. Also u dont say it normally, you say it very aggressively and u have to look like ur gonna bite them very aggressively and look like very ugly monster.
