1. To be in the endzone is a loosely football-based term exclaimed after a win or own, especially in the context of not being the father. Can be accompanied by fist bumps, victory dances, and air humping.

(Though you can be in the endzone without winning as seen by Chanse McCrary in said video.)

2. The metaphorical place winners go

Shane: In the case of this baby. You... are NOT the father!
Amanda: YEAHHHHH! ENDZONE! ENDZONE! ENDZONE! YEAH I PLAYED FOOTBALL IN HIGHSCHOOL!
...
Ian: I think he's about to go to the endzone
Amanda: Yeahhh but he's not going for the win
...
