To have sex and get pregnant and then have an abortion.

Could also mean after deciding you don't want to have sex with someone last second you abort having sex with them at all.

Cindy messed up by not wearing a condom with her boyfriend and got pregnant. After deciding having a kid would be stupid at 18 she went to the clinic and got a smooshbortion.

Opuntia, commonly called prickly pear or pear cactus, is a genus of flowering plants in the cactus family Cactaceae. Prickly pears are also known as tuna (fruit), sabra, nopal (paddle, plural nopales) from the Nahuatl word nōpalli for the pads, or nostle, from the Nahuatl word nōchtli for the fruit; or paddle cactus.
