Procrasterbationap is the fine art of using masterbation to procrastinate which results in accidentally falling asleep which may result in missing important activities or plans that were previously scheduled.

Procrastination is when you are healthy mentaly, physically, and emotionally. Have motivation and will power, and are perfectly capable to get your task done. But don't feel like you have to.

I.e. you have an exam or big test in two weeks, you could study for most of that time but don't because the test is two weeks away. So you put of studying until the night before or two days before. Procrastination
