Being banfalicious is calling something the absolute best, coolest, or any other super awesome thing for that matter. It can be used as often as one feels that what they are seeing is worthy of being called this. This term can apply to people, objects, events, ideas, and circumstances. It's best to not use this term around professional figures or anyone who has an issue with extracurricular words.
