I created the term specifically to address certain members of the Gears of War franchise.

Scatman

Scatman, or Scatman John, is a one hit wonder singer with his song, “Scatman”. Now, this is a reference to the scat music not what your thinking about, sicko. Anyways, this song was a hit worldwide. He’s a moderate political commentator, with his song Scatman making political commentary on politics in his time. He sadly died on December 3rd 1999, a hero and a legend. He made two other Scatman related songs, Scatmans world and Scatlands song.
