You then try to get people's attention and get them to understand that you have a mouthful of puke and that you need their help by waving frantically and doing your best to imitate vomiting without opening your mouth
I was on the bus this morning, and pufferfished. So embarassing, no one could figure out what was wrong. They did when I got off the bus, though.
