Adelaideth

An Adelaideth is a unit of time measure. It equates to 15 minutes of regular Earth time as defined by the International System of units. An Adelaideth may also be used as a unit of distance (only in Adelaide), since most of Adelaide speed limits are 60km/h, an Adelaideth approximates 15km.

History: The phrase was first coined in 2011 by one Geoffrey Aro when, in discussions with Lovey, he realised that most Adelaide locals stick to a 15 km radius of their place of residence. More than two Adelaideths of travel is for special occasions...or wineries.

A name suitable for bitches with alcoholism. Adéla should be avoided at all costs when hungry or sober. When drunk, they tend to throw themselves at random people at parties. They have amazing taste at clothing and are usually extremly hot, however, it is not recommended to date them, since they get psychotic and try to ruin your mental health. Some might have commitment issues. They do not belong into the endangered species categhory, yet you are not allowed to kill them. In order to survive their attack, always have a bottle of wine with you - they will be more interested in the bottle itself than you.
