Either chronic or situational, caveman syndrome causes the victim to have the need to shit almost continuously. While diarrhea is more commonly an immediate and short-lived (for the lucky ones) experience, caveman can be describe properly as multiple fecal instances spread more or less evenly throughout the day. Caveman syndrome is predominantly exuded by those with a fast metabolism.
Guy 1: Damn, I've had to shit like 10 times today, but none have been satisfying!
Guy 2: Caveman syndrome for sure.
Guy 1: I gotta shit again.

When someone is so impressed and in awe of something of artistic value that they start to show manical syndromes. Patients sometimes even become aggressive.
After he saw the painting 'Who's afraid of red yellow and blue?' he maniacally attacked the painting and stabbed it several times and thus developed the stendhal syndrome.
