Skirt nigger is a term describing narcisstic (all) women who are okay with the privileges they get for being women, similarly to black people playing victim in order to get free stuff. Skirt nigging is one of the techniques used by women to gain unwarranted attention.

Predominantly driven by blacks as a false status symbol among other blacks. Often times adorned with a piece of cardboard in the place of the license plate that says “Tag applyed Fo”. Common characteristics of such a vehicle is a cheap price of around $800, no car insurance, and rims usually costing 4x as much as the car. In some instances these vehicles will be painted to match cereal boxes cartoons etc.
