A New Jersey slang term describing anything that really sucks. One can use it the same way another may use the word “ass” in the same context when saying “this shit is ass” or “that test was ass”. You can also say it to someone else who’s beat which is essentially the equivalent of saying “well that sucks” or “you’re shit out of luck”.
