Dwellin'

Staying at home or another place due to a lack of anything better to do or by some necessity, such as, being flat broke, or having a sick kid, or hooked up to your home kidney dialysis machine for hours, or being handcuffed to your boyfriend's bed who has passed out, or, tethered by your ankle monitor.

Skip Dweller

Someone who rummages through 'skips' (aka dumpsters) for useful items. Can also be used to refer to anyone who looks through a pile of discarded material for hidden treasures. Shortened sometimes to 'Skippy'.
