deep doodoo

(noun): an informal expression which refers to the position of an individual who is either in major trouble or has an unlucky problem without a happy resolution. A dilemma in which the involved individual does not have more than two unfortunate choices to pick from. See: deep shit (more vulgar). Also see: doodoo (an informal reference to fecal matter).

Example 1:

Their newborn has brain damage and has acquired an infection; they cannot be happy because they are in deep doodoo.

Example 2:
Friend 1: Man, I thought she was the one for me but I may want to break up with her because her mom makes fun of my job.

Friend 2: You might be in deep doodoo man.
